After our succulent dinner, I went on to Robert's birthday party. I gave him a huge print of a very cool photo I took of him while we were at Warwick together with a ticket to see Bowling for Columbine. The party wasn't huge but still very entertaining and fun. Robert and me observed that whenever either of us is having a party, the other one has to ride his bike through the rain for quite a while. It's always raining, but that's not too bad.

What was bad, though were our neighbours who were having a party as well. While them having a party is fine by me - I'm even quite immune with respect to the noise - there were so pissed that they considered it funny to pee down from the balcony. Luckily I had sobered up a bit during my ride through the rain, so I interpreted the noises correctly and could avoid certain mishaps... Needless to say that I found their behaviour quite rude.

Next thing we're going to do is go to the next party, visiting our short-time flatmate Wieland's housewarming party at his new place. They got a huge old nice house between eight of them and it is very impressive. The drawback being that it is at least 10 kilometres out of town, so they'll have to drive in for a while, think about gettings motorcycles or cars etc. Definitely a winner once you're there, but in the wrong place.
