I've been feeling not too well - quite bad really - since the mid of last week and eventually spent most of my weekend in bed, sleeping. It must be some kind of flu, causing headache plus aches everywhere else and, most inconveniently, causing me not to be able to concentrate. Have drunk lots of camomile and rooibos tea in the past few days and am starting to feel better now. Hopefully I'll be back to normal soon.
