I just met in town with Yassin for some drinks and talking. As interesting as it is unexciting you should think. However, lots of news of different scales happening around us. Before coming, Yassin had hear about the latest suicide bombing in Jerusalem on CNN. As his sister may be visiting there these days he wanted his parents to check. Most likely everything is fine, she may even be elswehere – but that was surely a good way to make his parents have a sleepless night.
Later on, there was a fire just around the corner of the pub we were sitting in front of. So we saw a handful or more of fire engines driving by with flashing lights and all. The event hasn't made it to the internet yet, although we were certain it will make the front page of tomorrow's local papers.
