My apologies for using the word e-tailers, to begin with.
Recently I ordered things online with two companies, maths books with Springer and records with buch.de and both orders couldn't be completed fully because they were out of stock or couldn't deliver things for other reasons.
Surely, one point of this whole online thing should be that you get to know this before placing your order with information about their stock and delivery times coming straight from their inventory system. Why do people get those obvious things wrong?
Received data seems to be invalid. The wanted file does probably not exist or the guys at last.fm changed something.
