Just browsing through iTMS's new releases for this week. You bet that doing so is much more interesting when you can't buy anything there – keeps me from doing stupid things. Noteworthy to me were:
-
The Modly Peaches, only their strange live double CD which got fairly poor reviews and doesn't seem to contain much new. Still, they're there, as I'd hoped for since the beginning. As an extra bonus, all of their songs are marked 'explicit'.
-
British Sea Power as already found by Dave yesterday – for his birthday nonetheless. I'm not quite sure about them yet. I'm always quite thrilled at the beginning of the album, but tend to be a bit bored towards the end. But I haven't listened to it enough anyway. (I wonder why the cover isn't square at iTMS – it surely is for the vinyl...)
-
Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, your favourite Welsh band with a singles collection which to me doesn't seem to represent their best, though. Those who haven't heard it before may take a guess how the name is pronounced.

WTF?! mediocre sci-fi by sectarians. Hello Apple, I thought M$ were the bad guys. Perhaps you should try this to have a healthily balanced diet of indoctrination.
