I cleaned a couple of doors in our flat this morning. The caretaker gave us a special detergent for that job. While I never considered my door dirty, that stuff, just made yucky brown dirt come off it. Odd. It also made me feel a little dizzy from inhaling it. Nothing like industrial cleaner.
- Apple HFS+ technote. Not only interesting for those of us having a love affair with Unicode. But also one of those places where I start thinking "there is so much complex stuff going on behind the scenes that it's a miracle the computer runs in the first place".
