The departmental – well, rather our caféteria’s – summer party is starting outside. There’s a live band, barbecues and cocktails. It’s quite crowded as the conference guests seem to be joining in as well. Unusually we’re having the summer party and it’s not raining! — — I am still sitting inside for a few minutes to try and buy some things for my mum on eBay, which sucks on its own and loves to crash Safari. I better win some of these auctions…
