There’s this thing about the university restaurant… you go there because it’s cheap and you can meet your friends. And usually the food is enough to fill me up and tasting ‘all right’ right. Nothing to write home about, but keeping you alive. But the quality of university restaurants varies greatly between towns and my brother’s in Heidelberg is consistently said to be among the worst there is. So today I just had to take a snapshot of the lunch to make him jealous because they served – ugh I don’t really know what it was – remainders of leg with plenty of meat on it. Although I consider this kind of food a bit gross usually, I just had to get it because it looked so funny. And it was a huge serving of meat as well…
