Just a little observation about flickr. Apparently people think that the number of viewings for their photos are important, worth money or suchlike. A way to increase the number by about 20 to 30 is to add the tag ‘geotagged’ to the image when you upload it. At least, whenever I did this, I got about that many additional viewings. As this seems to be quite consistent and independent of the image itself my guess is that there must be a number of ‘robots’ which regularly pull images with this tag. And we may even have an idea of how many such robots there are…
