After a few weeks of trying the roast chicken starts looking and tasting right. Buying non-supermarket chicken may have helped. Starting to develop a suspicion about our oven’s grill not reliably working when you turn it on may have helped as well. Next week it shall be be perfect. Then I’ll move on to guineafowl.
