Yesterday I had my brother and his girlfriend over for dinner. Made the aubergines in black bean sauce that everyone – most notably myself – likes. Also did some preparation for the seminar talk I had to give today. It was a nice talk – the topic wasn't too hard and, unusually, not too much to fit into the 90 minutes I had. So I could comfortably explain everything, draw pictures and even exhaustively compute an example, while being able to to have a break and finishing a few minutes early.
