It’s been a wintery week around here. Temperatures became low to very low, going beneath -15°C at night. A ride on the bike in the morning became something that made your eyes feel like they’d freeze shut any moment. And some of the people in our house built a snowman in the garden - which of course I approve of.
Next let’s discuss how well drying bed linen works in these cold temperatures as other neighbours did. The sheets you see in the picture stayed there for a few days and then they were removed and replaced by others. Which made me wonder whether this actually works…
Doesn’t the moisture in them freeze pretty quickly? Then all you have to do is break the ice off by shaking them? I’ve been tempted to try that here (the high for the next few days will be right at freezing).
