Other things I bumped into, include what Apple is doing to Zapfino, finally a service to convert TeX commands into PDF snippets and someone having a decent go a trying to implement a flying toasters screensaver at about the complexity of AfterDark 2. Don't like the aquatised toasters too much... but they're better than no toasters for sure.
