Have I written about all the food yet? No. OK, there I go. On christmas day there was a huge roast goose with delicious stuffing which was good, along with our favourite almond- and- redcurrant- fluffy- creamy- whipped- whatever dessert. On boxing day we had venison which was imho even better than the goose.
In the afternoons we had baked cheese cake with cherries and my mum made (and gave me the recipe) a most-delicious duck-liver-terrine. It's good as a starter - but everybody agreed that it makes an excellent snack as well, so it was gone in one night. Best thing is: it's pretty easy to make. I think I'll try to make one for our new year's party.
