Clean

180 words

When arriving back in Göttingen, my flatmates had already prepared a barbecue and started the fire. Not intentionally in my honour but surely a warm welcome. Later we surprisingly started to clean up our storage areas, which contain mainly, junk, dirt, dirt, dirt, junk, junk, dirt &c. As a consequence our flat's corridor looks like a dump now as we decided to leave everything whose owner we don't know there, so everybody can give their OK for dumping it in the bin – hopefully.

Later I saw parts of an interview with Evan Dando on telly. Musicians should rarely give interviews as they'll frequently end up talking about being normal and other pretentious crap. It really spoils the impression you may have gotten from their music. Perhaps this kind of nonsense is the natural outcome of the whole music-interview circus – independent of the musician being interviewed.

It's still very warm and I opened windows and doors to get a stream of mild air through my room, enjoying the sound of the distant thunderstorm. Not quite cool enough to sleep, yet.
