Running Dinner¶

This has been in planning for a while. And everybody who ran into me recently will already be informed. We are planning to have a 'Running Dinner' on November 6th.
If you haven't done this before, the idea is quite simple. At the end of the day it involves food and meeting people: First you get a bunch of people to participate. Those are first assigned a partner each (i.e. you'll want an even number of people). And every such group will have to cook one of starter / main course / dessert in one of their places. Two other groups will be their guest for the course (so the number of people you want should even be divisible by six). And the two other courses will be had at other peoples' places. This way you get to visit different people which you probably don't know and end up with a three course meal. Not too shabby.
To finish everything off, there'll be a party after all this. There you'll see everybody again. Badmouth about the guy who dared to serve beans on toast as a main course and use the opportunity to drown the whole meal adequately.
