OK, a quick recap of the weekend: It was nice and hot and I could spend some time sitting on the balcony enjoying the sun. Great. There may even have been some ice cream.
Everybody was in a football frenzy. And in particular started loving Trinidad and Tobago… a country for which before the events the discussion of its location included all of Africa, South America and Oceania as possible locations. So, yeah, the football world cup is educational in a way. Ah well… And the fooball — or more generally sports consuming (in German: Sesselsportler) types — even managed to organise a completely filled TV Sunday for themselves. With Formula 1 at noon and football matches at 3, 6 and 9.
MacBook is marked as ‘being delivered’ now… let’s hope my flatmates listen to the doorbell!
