I use and enjoy one of those silver espresso machines. The special model I have only makes one little cup of espresso a time but unlike most other coffee makers of the same size it will have the nice crema on top. Being able to make just one cup comes handy most of the time but is a bit inconvenient when you've got guest. But that's something I can deal with. What really bugs me, though, is that, when making more than one espressi in a row, the second, third ... ones won't be quite as hot as they should be. They look perfect but they seem only lukewarm. How can this happen?
