Today, instead of going to the University Restaurant for lunch, I popped over to the city hall with two people from the department. Allegedly their cafeteria is run on an employess only basis but they don't seem to mind or care too much. The good thing is that the cafeteria is on the 16th floor, thus giving quite an elevated view over the town. And once you're inside the building, you don't see how ugly it is from the outside. The food itself wasn't too exciting but it wasn't worse than the stuff we usually get, either.
